Abstract:
in female worldwide. Cervical
cancer incidence has decreased over the last decades in many countries, due
to the introduction of cervical screening programs. Human papilloma viruses
are now recognized as the major cause of cervical cancer .They are called
papilloma viruses because certain types may cause wart, or papilloma’s,
which are benign (non-cancerous) tumors. Human Papilloma Virus type 18
or E7 proteins are major oncoproteins of high-risk human papilloma viruses
which play a key role in cervical carcinogenesis.
Materials and methods; This was a descriptive cross sectional study
conducted in Khartoum state-Sudan during the period from September 2017
to May 2018. Fifty paraffin-embedded tissue blocks with cervical cancer
were subjected in this study to detect Human Papilloma Virus type 18
antigen using immunohistochemistry technique.
Results; Human Papilloma Virus type 18 antigen was detected in 28 cases
(56%) with no statistically significant different as the p value was 0.441.
Also there was no statistically significant different between age of patients
and marker expression as the p value was0.776. There was statistically
significant different was found between patient’s residence and Human
Papilloma Virus type 18 antigen as the p value was 0.019.
Conclusion; Human Papilloma Virus type 18 antigen expression was
present in more than 50% of tested samples, also there was no statistically
significant different between tumor types and Human Papilloma Virus type
18 antigen expression.X

الخلفیة؛ یعتبرسرطان عنق الرحم من أكثر السرطنات المشخصة والمسبب الرابع للوفیات من
السرطان في النساء في العالم. قل حدوث سرطان عنق الرحم في العقود الأخیرة في معظم البلدان،
نتیجة لأدخال برامج الكشف المبكر. تعتبر فیروسات الورم الحلمي الان المسبب الرئیسي لسرطان
عنق الرحم. تسمي الفیروسات حلمیة نتیجة لأن بعض الأنواع تسبب ثؤلول، أو حلمات، وھي أورام
حمیدة غیر سرطانیة. فیروس الورم الحلمي النوع ١٨أو بروتین إي ٧ھي البروتینات السرطانیة
الرئیسیة لفیروسات الورم الحلمي عالیة الخطورة وھي تلعب دور رئیسى في حدوث سرطان عنق
الرحم.
الطرائق والمواد؛ أجریت ھذة الدراسة الوصفیة المقطعیة في ولایة الخرطوم –السودان في الفترة ما
بین سبتمبر ٢٠١٧ألي مایو .٢٠١٨أشتملت ھذة الدراسة علي ٥٠عینة نسیجیة مصابة بسرطان
عنق الرحم معمولة بطریقة شمع البرافیین بغرض تحدید فیروس الورم الحلمي النوع ١٨بأستخدام
تقنیة الأنسجة المناعیة.
النتأئج؛ تم تحدید فیروس الورم الحلمي النوع ١٨في ٢٨من الحالات %) (٥٦مع عدم وجود فرق
ذو دلالة أحصائیة لأن القیمة الأحتمالیة كانت . ٠.٤٤١وأیضا لم یكن ھنالك فرق ذو دلالة احصائیة
ما بین عمر المرضي وأفراز الوسم لأن القیمة الأحتمالیة كانت . ٠.٧٧٦كان ھنالك فرق ذو دلالة
احصائیة ما بین مكان أقامة المرضي وأنتجین فیروس الورم الحلمي النوع ١٨لأن القیمة الاحتمالیة
كانت . ٠.٠١٩
الخلاصة؛ وجد أفراز فیروس الورم الحلمي النوع ١٨في أكثر من % ٥٠من العینات، أیضا لم
یكن ھنالك فرق ذو دلالة أحصائیة مابین أنواع الورم وأفراز أنتجین الورم الحلمي النوع .١
